No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or deposit is required to enter or win any Contest. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Alternate methods of entry (“AMOE”) are always available as described in these Official Rules.

Initial Free Phase: November 27, 2025 – December 26, 2025 (ET). Subsequent Contests are governed by the then-posted Contest terms and prize tables.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in any Contest, Entrant (“Entrant,” “you”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contests. Entry into any Contest and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

Key Definitions

For purposes of these Official Rules:

• Contest means any sweepstakes-based fantasy contest offered by Sponsor that is governed by these Official Rules.
• Entrant means an eligible individual who enters a Contest in accordance with these Official Rules.
• Platform means the GhostSweat application, website, or other digital interface where Contests are offered.
• Contest Period means the announced start and end time for a given Contest, as displayed on the Platform.

Currencies

• Sweat is a non-redeemable, non-monetary play balance used solely to enter GhostSweat Contests. Sweat has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for any prize, and cannot be exchanged for Souls. Sweat expires 30 days after it is received. Expired Sweat cannot be restored. Sweat is promotional in nature and may be awarded to users at GhostSweat’s discretion.
• Souls means sweepstakes prize currency awarded through fixed prize tables published for each Contest. Souls are the only redeemable prize. Five (5) Souls are redeemable for one U.S. dollar ($1.00). Souls cannot be purchased, traded, or transferred between accounts. Additional Soul Awards (Non-Purchase) Souls may also be awarded for certain non-purchase user actions such as daily logins, locking a lineup, referrals, or other free in-app activities. These awards are promotional in nature, do not require any purchase, and will always be displayed within the GhostSweat platform. Award amounts and availability may change at any time at GhostSweat’s discretion. All such Soul awards are purely optional, free, and provide sweepstakes entries at the standard rate of 5 Souls = $1.00 in redeemable value.
• Entries means sweepstakes entries (tickets) associated with a single Contest. Entries have no cash value, are not a currency, are not redeemable for any prize, and cannot be exchanged for Sweat, Souls, or any other item of value. Entries may be granted as part of Contest entry, promotional offers, or pack contents. Entries apply only to the specific Contest for which they are issued and expire automatically when the drawing for that Contest is completed. Entries do not carry over to future Contests.
• Shards and Crystals are cosmetic progression and visual effects only and have no redemption value.

Eligibility

GhostSweat Contests are open only to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; and
• Are legal residents of the United States; and
• Reside in jurisdictions where sweepstakes participation is not prohibited.

GhostSweat Contests are void in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and where prohibited by law.

Prohibited Persons

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Sponsor, its affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win.

Contest Periods

Each Contest begins and ends at the times displayed within the GhostSweat interface (“Contest Period”). The system clock of the GhostSweat platform is the official timekeeper for all Contests.

Mail-in AMOE entries must be postmarked by the applicable Contest end date and received by Sponsor within ten (10) business days thereafter in order to be eligible for that Contest.

How to Enter

A. Enter Using Sweat (Free Play Currency)

Entrants may use Sweat to enter Contests. Sweat is free play currency earned by interacting with the GhostSweat platform, including (but not limited to) logging in, completing quests, or engaging with content. Sweat cannot be purchased for real money and cannot be redeemed for cash.

B. AMOE — Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In Only)

To receive one (1) free entry into a designated Contest per person per week without using Sweat, Entrants may participate via physical mail-in as follows. Each handwritten request must include:

• Your full legal name
• Your residential mailing address
• Your email address
• Your date of birth
• A clear photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID
• The handwritten phrase: “GhostSweat Contest AMOE Entry” and the specific Contest ID.

One entry per envelope. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per week. Entries must be postmarked by the Contest end date and received within ten (10) business days thereafter. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles will be accepted. AMOE entries are treated identically to Sweat entries and provide the same odds of winning and access to identical prize tables.

C. Entry Limits & Abuse Prevention

Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of entries any single individual or household may submit, whether via Sweat or AMOE, if Sponsor believes in its sole discretion that excessive entries constitute fraud or abuse of the promotion. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Contest Mechanics

GhostSweat overlays a fantasy scoring system onto live-streamed poker games. Entrants do not influence the underlying poker games, which proceed independently in the real world.

Each Entrant:

• Selects two (2) real-world players from the featured live poker stream (“Lineup”).
• Designates one of them as Captain, who earns 2× Shard Points.

As hands are played on stream, Lineup players generate Shard Points based on pre-defined events (e.g., entering a pot, winning a pot, going to showdown). Some players are associated with themed “Ghost Archetypes” that apply additional Shard Point bonuses for specific events.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

A. Souls (Sweepstakes Prize Currency)

Prizes are awarded in Souls, GhostSweat’s sweepstakes prize currency. Souls are redeemable only as described in these Official Rules at a fixed rate of:

Five (5) Souls are redeemable for one U.S. dollar ($1.00).

Souls cannot be sold, purchased, bartered, or transferred. Souls have no cash value except as explicitly redeemed under the terms posted by Sponsor.

B. Prize Tables & Example ARV

Each Contest uses a published prize table that allocates Souls to specific leaderboard ranks. Example: a 720-Soul daily Contest may award Souls across the top tiers as displayed in the Contest lobby. ARV for each position is calculated using the fixed conversion rate above.

C. Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

ARV for Souls-based prizes is calculated using the fixed conversion rate above. For example, 5 Souls = $1.00 ARV; 250 Souls = $50.00 ARV.

D. Promotional Pack Giveaways

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award packs containing Sweat and/or entries (“Promotional Packs”) at no cost to selected individuals including, but not limited to, streamers, content creators, community members, or other promotional partners. Receipt of a Promotional Pack does not alter the random nature of prize selection, does not increase any participant’s chances of winning Souls prizes, and is not available to the general public on demand. All entries obtained via Promotional Packs are subject to these same Official Rules.

Any non-Soul prizes (if offered) will include ARV descriptions within the Contest details.

E. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by law. Winners must provide a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) for tax reporting purposes.

Winner Selection, Notification & Odds

A. Winner Selection

At the end of each Contest Period, Entrants are ranked based on their final Shard Points, after applying the Captain’s 2× multiplier. Placement on the leaderboard determines which prize tier applies to the Entrant.

In the event of a tie, Sponsor may use predefined tiebreakers or random selection from among tied Entrants, in its sole discretion.

B. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and identity, including via government-issued identification that matches previously submitted information or AMOE documentation. Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Souls will be credited to the winner’s GhostSweat account after verification is complete, subject to any additional redemption requirements posted on the platform.

C. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning any prize in a Contest depend on the total number of eligible entries received (including both Sweat entries and AMOE entries) and the structure of the prize table for that Contest.

Sweat entries and AMOE entries receive identical treatment and identical access to prize tables.

D. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Limitations of Liability

By entering, Entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or delayed mail or AMOE entries;
• Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to interruptions in internet service or platform downtime;
• Errors in scoring, data transmission, or display, except to the minimum extent required by law;
• Any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in a Contest or receipt of any prize;
• Any acts of God, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events that disrupt or cancel a Contest.

Sponsor’s Right to Cancel or Modify

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, as posted on GhostSweat.com (or applicable domain). By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Photocopies of identification submitted via AMOE are used solely for eligibility verification and anti-fraud purposes and are not retained longer than necessary to complete verification.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with any Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Vermont residents may omit return postage. Requests must be received within 60 days of the end of the applicable Contest Period. In the event of any conflict between lore language or marketing copy and this legal language, these Official Rules control. Last updated: November 27, 2025.
